In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "qr789", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the qr789.bet platform, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the qr789 website accessible at qr789.bet, including all games, betting markets, content, features, and services offered thereon.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the qr789 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the qr789 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all transactions on the qr789 Platform are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by qr789 to registered users subject to applicable terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within a user's account settings.

By accessing or using the qr789 Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing a Casino Game — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the qr789 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

To open and maintain a qr789 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qr789 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will request CNIC documentation to verify age prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures may not register as users of the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a qr789 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested that qr789 close your account due to gambling harm.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

Each individual may register only one Account on the qr789 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date. qr789 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify your identity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qr789 account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. qr789 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, unless you have notified qr789 of a security breach in writing.

qr789 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You may do so at any time via your account security settings. In the event of a suspected security breach, contact qr789 support immediately via live chat so that your account can be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.

All transactions on the qr789 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Debit and credit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.

Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 2–4 hours for bank transfers during business hours. qr789 reserves the right to extend processing times in cases where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers internal compliance review.

Withdrawal verification: All users must complete CNIC verification before their first withdrawal. This is a one-time process. qr789 may request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

qr789 will only process withdrawals to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the qr789 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account belonging to another person will result in the withdrawal being declined and the matter being escalated for investigation.

qr789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users in Pakistan from time to time. Each bonus is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all qr789 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the bonus terms. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• qr789 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel it entirely at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a user's account, without notice and without liability.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including through hedging bets, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or any other strategy designed to lock in winnings with minimal risk — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.

All bets placed on the qr789 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in question, as displayed on the Platform at the time of the bet. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet or wagering any funds.

Cricket and sports betting: Bets on PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, Asia Cup, and ICC World Cup events are settled in accordance with qr789's sports betting rules, which are available in the help section of the Platform. In-play bets are accepted at qr789's discretion and may be suspended at any time during a live match. qr789 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined.

Casino games: All Casino Games on qr789 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software that has been independently tested. The theoretical RTP (return-to-player) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by qr789 or by any user.

Errors and system faults: In the event of a technical fault, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect price being offered, qr789 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. No claim may be made against qr789 on the basis of a bet placed at an incorrect price arising from an obvious error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qr789 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one qr789 Account, whether in the same name or otherwise.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any Sporting Event on which qr789 offers betting markets.
• Colluding with other users in casino games, poker, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qr789 staff or other users through the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Using a VPN or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by qr789.

All content on the qr789 Platform — including but not limited to the qr789 name, logo, trademarks, design elements, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of qr789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of qr789's intellectual property — including scraping bet data, reproducing game interfaces, or using the qr789 brand in any commercial context without prior written consent — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

qr789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qr789 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — is limited to the information strictly necessary to process your transaction and is governed by those parties' own privacy policies.

qr789 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in response to lawfully issued requests. Such disclosures will be made without notice to you where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qr789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

qr789's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the user's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that user in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qr789 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and qr789 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

qr789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if, in qr789's reasonable opinion, the user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in any prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the Account would expose qr789 to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

You may close your qr789 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Accounts closed by qr789 for breach of these Terms may result in forfeiture of any bonus balances, pending bonuses, and — in cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct — forfeiture of deposited funds pending legal review.

If your Account is closed due to a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, the exclusion period will be honoured in full and you will not be permitted to re-register during that period. qr789 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them as a priority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to qr789's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through qr789's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact qr789's customer support team in good faith and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for qr789 to investigate and respond to your complaint. The majority of disputes raised by Pakistani users are resolved at this stage through our live chat support team.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

qr789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qr789 will notify registered users by displaying a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
